I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with Christina and for the wisdom and joyfulness she brings to her work. She asks sharp questions, really listens, improvs and pushes into unexpected directions, and lights up exciting new pathways. Unusually insightful — her process wasn’t at all what I expected and was just what I needed.
-Rebecca, Director of Development
Christina’s approach is highly personalized and very grounding. Her creative spirit makes you want to step out of your comfort zone to consider new perspectives and opportunities. Her professionalism ensures that the coaching relationship is mutually accountable and fruitful.
Christina is an exceptionally intuitive coach who genuinely cares for her clients and honors their goals. Working with Christina for several months, I developed a deep appreciation for the art and science of coaching, but also for my own innate (and untapped) abilities. I cannot recommend Christina more highly to anyone who is seeking a coach.
Christina gets “it” – immediately. She’s direct, insightful, doesn’t miss a trick and she’s always spot-on. What makes Christina so effective as a coach are both her listening skills and her ability to synthesize complex stories into pragmatic and understandable observations that must be addressed. She’s patient, compassionate and unrelenting. Add her great sense of humor and you’ve got a coach you look forward to working with.
