I’m a corporate leader turned entrepreneur, who loves to explore the world and build community. I graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University with my B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing & Accounting.
I then spent 8 years doing business strategy, marketing, and sales for a $1B brand at a Fortune 100 company, and 2 years running the marketing team for a tech startup, before I re-connected with my passion for leadership development and experiential learning.
I’ve been coaching professionals for the last year and specialize in helping people find clarity when it comes to their career. What’s next? How do they optimize where they are? Developing a plan to get from where they are to where they want to go.
For clients who are in close proximity, I also like to work in active coaching sessions where we hike, bike or walk on the beach during our coaching session to help allow for the flow of thought and emotion.
This year I launched Business Planning by the Beach where I help entrepreneurs think strategically and get organized to scale their business.
I love yoga, hiking, music, being in nature, travel and anything that brings people and communities together. After all, we’re all connected.

Kristina is a very strategic coach. She is able to provide customized assignments and exercises that help you move past overwhelm and indecisiveness to a clear picture of what you want and what’s next. She is thoughtful, kind, extremely organized and professional, and overall a fantastically committed coach to you and your success.
Wow! Kristina upleveled my ability to show up fully in my work and in my life. She helped me see the power of organization, gave me tools to better manage my time and lead me down a path that felt purposeful and yet expansive. I highly recommend Kristina for any ambitious working professional!
My favorite part of my work with Kristina is her focus on movement – whenever I am stuck or feeling unsure, she guided me through exercises and even proposed some -in-person sessions where we hiked and talked. It was what I needed to get the clarity I was seeking.
